Project Overview

Master 2 final-year project, built by a team of 4 from December 2025 to June 2026. Néocivis is a civic-tech platform connecting a city’s citizens with their city hall. I was co-lead of the project and of the overall architecture (with a teammate), while developing the frontend on my own and driving task distribution and deadlines.

Features

• 📍 Urban reports: geolocation, photo, AI-generated description and automatic tag assignment.
• 🗺️ City hall side: map and table views, status tracking, version history.
• 📰 Modules: news (WYSIWYG editor, i18n), help forum, push notifications, customizable city page, webhooks, polls.
• 🔐 Granular permissions (RBAC).

Tech Stack

• 🧱 Turborepo monorepo: 2 frontend apps, serverless backend with edge functions, shared packages.
• 🖥️ Web: Next.js 16 (App Router), React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, shadcn/ui, Zustand.
• 📱 Mobile: Expo 54, React Native.
• ✅ Quality: strict TypeScript, Biome, Vitest, MVVM architecture.

Project Overview

Real-time multiplayer web app inspired by the Werewolf party game, deployed in production (M1 team project, team of 5, January to June 2025). I was Project Manager and team lead, contributed to the overall architecture and led frontend development.

Architecture

Microservices (game-engine, game-discovery, chat, gateway, game-history, admin, bot) with two interfaces: GameUI (React) for players and AdminUI (Angular) for administrators. REST, WebSockets and SSE, JWT security.

My Contribution

• 📋 Overall management: scoping, coordination, sprint follow-up.
• 🎮 GameUI: main page, account, lobby and discovery, game screen, history.
• ⚙️ Game Discovery service (backend) and the backend GitHub Actions pipeline.

Tech Stack

Spring Boot, React, Angular, Eureka, Docker / Docker Compose, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Nginx, Maven. Polyglot databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, Redis, Cassandra.

Project Overview

Wordle-style daily game about anime (Jikan / MyAnimeList API), built by a team of 3 in March 2026 (M2 team project). I was team lead and in charge of the frontend architecture.

Features

Project Overview

WC Studio is a web-based video game platform developed as part of a computer science degree by a team of three. This project imposed strict technical constraints, prohibiting the use of frameworks such as React or Vue. Instead, it relies on a minimalist and high-performance approach, using ViteJS with Server-Side Rendering and AlpineJS for front-end reactivity. Tailwind CSS was chosen for styling and layout. The project was entirely front-end, with no back-end.

Project Concept

WC Studio is a platform designed to host and provide access to multiple web games. As part of the project, three games were developed:

• 🎮 Snake: A classic game built using the Canvas API in JavaScript.
• 🧠 Memory: A memory game where players must match pairs of images.
• 🏆 Games On Web Project: Integration of the game developed for the Games On Web tournament.

Project Overview

MangaFlow is a study project developed at the IUT by a team of two. The goal was to create an e-commerce website dedicated to selling manga using PHP and vanilla JavaScript. The project is based on an MVC architecture in PHP and integrates AJAX requests to enhance user experience.
A shopping interface and a monitoring dashboard were developed, with payment management via Stripe in developer mode. To populate the database, a scraper was created to automatically retrieve manga covers, titles, authors, and summaries.

Project Concept

MangaFlow offers a smooth and intuitive shopping experience for manga enthusiasts. Thanks to a back-office, administrators can manage the catalog and track sales, while users can explore a rich library and easily place orders.

Project Overview

Candy Crush UE Game is a simple implementation of Candy Crush using HTML, SCSS, and JavaScript, featuring a Glassmorphism design. This project was developed individually as part of a university course. All animations were created using pure CSS to ensure smooth transitions and a modern aesthetic.

Game Concept

The game follows the classic Candy Crush mechanics, where players must match identical candies to score points. With a sleek and translucent interface, the Glassmorphism design adds a modern and refined touch to the gaming experience.

Assignment App is a web application for managing assignments, developed solo as part of learning Angular in a Master’s program. The app allows users to create, edit, and delete assignments, while an admin interface enables the automatic generation of multiple assignments at once.

Users can manage a list of assignments with full CRUD functionality. The admin interface simplifies bulk assignment creation.
